Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Processing Time:

All orders will ship out in 3-5 days. Our current processing time is 3-5 days. This is how long it takes us to process and complete your order. This time does NOT include shipping transit time. 

Shipping:

We have multiple shipping options available at checkout so if you're needing your item soon you can choose a faster shipping option. These are the estimated transit times for each method:

  • Economy shipping- takes an estimated 5 -7 days for delivery once shipped
  • Standard shipping - takes an estimated 3-5 days for delivery once shipped
  • UPS 2 Day - takes an estimated 2 days for delivery once shipped
  • Overnight or Express shipping - will arrive next business day once shipped

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. All orders will ship out in 3-5 days.

Returns Policy

Returns

  • There are NO returns or refunds for misspelled names. Be sure to double check spelling before placing the order.
  • We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after your delivery date to request a return. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 
  • All refunds will have the original shipping cost deducted.

Instructions for how to use our online returns service:

  1. Click the link above that says "Start Return"
  2. Log in to your account:
        1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
        2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
        3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  3.  Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4.  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5.  Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6.  Click "Submit request".

You will receive approval or denial of your return request via email. This normally takes 1-2 days. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions. Once we receive the returned item you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lilyroselaneboutique@hotmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?

Can I exchange for a different item?

No, we do not offer exchanges.

Sizing

Newborn size rompers/sleepers fits most babies 6-9lbs. The romper measures 22cm across chest and 44cm in length.

0-3 Month size fits most babies 9-13lbs. The romper measures 24 cm across the chest and 47cm in length.

Hats and bow headbands- All hats and bow headbands are 0-6 month.

Do your rompers include footies or mitts?

Yes, all rompers come with fold over footies and mitts. You can leave the feet open, or you can fold over to close the footie to cover baby's feet to keep warm. Same with the hands. You can leave them open or you can fold over the mitts to cover baby's hands to keep from scratching.
