Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders will ship out in 3-5 days. Our current processing time is 3-5 days. This is how long it takes us to process and complete your order. This time does NOT include shipping transit time. 

Shipping:

We have multiple shipping options available at checkout so if you're needing your item soon you can choose a faster shipping option. These are the estimated transit times for each method:

• Economy shipping- takes an estimated 5 -7 days for delivery once shipped
• Standard shipping - takes an estimated 3-5 days for delivery once shipped
• UPS 2 Day - takes an estimated 2 days for delivery once shipped
• Overnight or Express shipping - will arrive next business day once shipped

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages cause by the mail/shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will not issue a refund for these issues. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
